Arch Manning was amazed after meeting this legendary Longhorns head coach at NCAAB clash
The Arch Manning era as the Texas Longhorns quarterback has started and NCAA legends want to give their words to Arch. At the NCAA basketball D1 clash between the Longhorns and the Aggies in Moody Center, the legendary Mack Brown met the future starter QB.
The 15 year Longhorns’ head coach pointed into Arch, while he nod and was exchanging words with defensive back Michael Taaffe. Coach Brown was at front of Texas from 1998 till 2013, winning a National Championship in 2005.
Even though the freshman did see activity in 10 games during 2024 season posting 939 passing yards ,9 TD, and 2 INT in 61 completions in 90 attempts.

By the other hand, coach Mack Brown not also had succes in 2005 season winning the 2006 Rose Bowl in what many fans called the best National Championship Game ever;Â he lifted 2 Big 12 titles (2005 & 2009), 6 Big 12 South Division (1999, 2001-2002, 2005, 2008-2009).
The former UNC head coach, he was fired last season for the Bill Bellichick era. Brown coached North Carolina during 1988 until 1997, where he earned the ACC Coach of the Year. He coached them again from 2019 until 2024. In 2019 he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
The Longhorn legedary coach stepped into the Texas players box during a timeout just to say hello and probably to wish them a good future season;Â Besides Arch Manning and Michael Taaffee, they were with WR Deandre Moore Jr. and CB CJ Baxter Jr., who wasn`t wearing his knee brace as he recovers from a torn LCL & PCL.
