Alabama football has all but wrapped up its 2025 recruiting class.
Crimson Tide coaches have been nationwide searching for members of the 2026 recruiting class, one that only includes Alabama four-star cornerback Zyan Gibson. The majority of Alabama’s 2025 recruiting class is already on campus as early enrollees and are preparing for spring practice.
But the window to add to the 2025 recruiting class is not closed. The NCAA National Signing Day is approaching quickly.
Here’s what Crimson Tide fans should know.
When is National Signing Day in February?
National Signing Day will be held Wednesday, Feb. 5. It marks the start of the winter signing period where football players bound to Division I programs like Alabama can sign with the program at any time between Feb. 5 and April 1.
Is Alabama football expected to add any players to 2025 class by National Signing Day?
No. Like most college football programs of Alabama’s caliber, the Crimson Tide all but secured its 2025 recruiting class in the early signing period Dec. 4-6.
The Crimson Tide did have one committed recruit fail to sign with Alabama during the early signing period in five-star offensive tackle Ty Haywood. Haywood later ended his commitment to Alabama.
